Without you, TTP would not nearly be the site it is today. Many of you have been a part of TTP since the beginning. For more than 20 years, The Toy Peddler has served as the ultimate place to buy and sell Diecast. With inexpensive upfront fees, no taxes for buyers, and plenty of free social media exposure, TTP continues to serve the diecast community and provide a better alternative to eBay.
Since TTP became a part of the hobbyDB family, we’ve always wanted members to be able to own a part of the project. So when crowdfunding became possible, we knew it was the right step to take for our community. And now, thanks to many of you, 652 members actually do!
As we move forward, we want to continue to ensure that our community always has the opportunity to own a piece of what they are helping to build. So, we’ve decided that it’s time to do another crowdfunding round.

Introducing our lead investor, Bruce Pascal
We are excited to welcome Bruce Pascal as the round’s lead investor. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Pascal is a real estate veteran who has handled some of the most complex and largest lease transactions in the nation’s capital. Pascal is best known in the collecting community for curating the rarest Hot Wheels collection in the world.
“I’ve followed the hobbyDB story since they started back in 2014,” said Pascal. “I think the idea to have one central place for collectors to go to research and manage their collections is exactly what the industry needs. And if this goes well, this could be really big.”

So what’s in it for you?

But now, thanks to the JOBS Act, EVERYONE gets the opportunity to own a piece of something great that they love! Equity crowdfunding basically allows anyone to easily invest in early-stage pre-IPO companies that they believe will do great things!
When you invest in us, you are buying actual shares of The Toy Peddler that you believe in. As we move forward, the overall goal is to become the ultimate home for collectors and when possible, pay dividends to our shareholders. There is also the opportunity of acquisition, where you would receive pro-rata payment of the sales price. We want to ensure that if we do well, so do you.
