Since the beginning, we’ve shared a love of diecast. Our very first item added to the database was the Corgi Toys Ford Mustang Mach 1 from the James Bond movie Diamonds are Forever. Since then, with the help of our volunteers, we’ve added more than 600,000 database items (and hobbyDB members now own more than 45 million collectibles!). With thousands of variants and subvariants, the database has helped thousands of collectors to better understand what they have, and be able to price at the current market value.
We are so grateful for the support coming from the diecast community, because without the community, we know that we wouldn’t be where we are today. We’re excited to introduce you to hobbyDB’s most recent investors in our latest Crowdfunding Round. Joining us as our Lead Investor is Bruce Pascal, Commercial Real Estate Investor and well known Hot Wheels Collector.

When crowdfunding became available, we knew it was the right opportunity for our community. It used to be that investing in awesome projects and teams making cool things was just for the top 1%. But now, thanks to the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act, everyone gets the opportunity to own a piece of something great that they love.
hobbyDB Crowdfunding is your opportunity to get a foot in the door of that industry that annually generates $500 billion. When you invest in a crowdfunding round, your investment will grant you actual shares of the company, which means if the company does well, so can you.
We now have more than 1,100 shareholders and there are others that you may recognize —
